Gospel singer and minister, Juanita Bynum, has signed a management and recording agreement with Houston-based World Music Entertainment, the company headed by Mathew Knowles.

Bynum will record under a newly-formed joint venture with the company's faith-based label, Spirit Rising. Her new release, "The Diary of Juanita Bynum" is scheduled for a fourth-quarter release on Spirit Rising/Son Flower Records, according to a joint release. The release said Bynum is the owner of Son Flower Records.

Knowles, founder, president and CEO of Music World, is the father of singer Beyonce Knowles.

"Dr. Juanita Bynum has built a solid foundation of her ministry, leading the way to her music and literacy accomplishments," Knowles said in a statement. "Her global brand potential is extraordinary."

Juanita Bynum Ministries is based in Norcross.
