Johns Creek mayor joins ARC board

Dec 16, 2009Johns Creek Mayor Mike Bodker has joined the Atlanta Regional Commission Board of Directors.
He takes the North Fulton County mayor’s slot, replacing Sandy Springs Mayor Eva Galambos, who is leaving the board.
Bodker has been mayor of Johns Creek since it became a municipality in December 2006. He is also chairman of the Metro Atlanta Mayors Association.
As chairman of MAMA, he was picked to join the Regional Transit Committee, formerly known as the Transit Implementation Board.
