Heritage Preparatory Academy, a charter school in southwest Atlanta, is accepting applications for sixth- and seventh-graders for the 2012-13 school year. The school, located near Greenbriar Mall, is in its first year and has 120 sixth-graders. Plans are to add a grade each year through eighth grade.
