One DeKalb eatery is celebrating its opening by giving guests free food.

The popular fast casual spot Gusto! is set to open its doors Oct. 18 at the new North Decatur Square. And to celebrate, the location is offering the first 50 guests 10 complimentary entrée vouchers.

The restaurant is previewing its “Medical Monday”  On Oct. 15 for DeKalb’s medical community. Medical staff can show their badges at the Decatur restaurant to receive “buy one, get one free,” meals.

“We are excited to bring a better-for-you dining option in a quick and convenient way to Decatur residents and the surrounding medical community,” founder Nate Hybl said in a release.

The restaurant is just one of a handful of businesses that have opened in the past month at the new shopping plaza. Last month, Big Peach Running Co. and Comcast opened their doors at the mixed-use development, anchored by 365 by Whole Foods Market.
