Henry County plan/permit process going paperless

The Henry County Building and Plan Review Department has implemented a new electronic system that allows plans and permit applications to be received online. The new software will enable the county to eliminate the current paper-based system and improve turnaround times for customers, saving time and money, according to county officials.
