Dr. Tan’s attorney said his client is expected to turn himself into authorities this weekend, according to Channel 2.

Wayne McClure told Channel 2 that the clinic was responsible for the death of his son, Cameron. McClure said his son got prescriptions for hundreds of pills from Stockbridge Pain and Wellness in Henry County. The 27-year-old died in April of an overdose.
