Hapeville Zoning Board reviews permit denial

The Hapeville Zoning Board of Appeals will review an appeal for a denied permit during its meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at Hapeville City Hall, 700 Doug Davis Drive.

The applicant, Nkenge Gude-Sapp, doing business as Treat Love LLC, is seeking an administrative appeal for the denial of a permit to allow in-store party packages as part of its operations. The business is located at 755 Virginia Ave. in a village zone and subject to the zoning regulations for an area with both residential and small business properties.
