Hall County man accused of sexually molesting a child

A 34-year-old Hall County man allegedly attacked a young girl, officials said.

Nathan Daniel Smith of Braselton was arrested Tuesday on Benefield Road, Hall County sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Scott Ware said.

Smith is accused of sexually molesting a girl whom he knew between December 2015 and July 2015, Ware said.

Bond has not been set for Smith. He is due to appear in Magistrate Court on Jan. 26.
