Gwinnett woman charged with shooting death of husband

A Gwinnett County man was shot and killed late Monday, and police arrested the victim's wife and charged her with murder.

Gwinnett police Cpl. Edwin Ritter said officers and other emergency personnel responded to an 11:06 p.m. call about a person in cardiac arrest at a home in the 1500 block of Park Grove Drive near Lawrenceville. On arrival, they found Young G. Chung, 64, dead of a gunshot wound to the head, Ritter said.

"Investigators developed probable cause to charge the victim's wife, 63-year-old Hannah M. Chung, with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime," he said.
