Gwinnett County to hire new manager

May 6, 2013Gwinnett County Commissioners are expected to approve a contract for a new manager of the county’s Support Services Department, which oversees upkeep of county buildings and vehicles while also managing construction of most new county buildings.
Angelia Parham will be paid $132,000 a year to manage the department with 114 employees. She also will receive a $320 monthly vehicle allowance.
