JOHNS CREEK DAY OF SERVICE

Leadership Johns Creek is partnering with the Rotary Club of Alpharetta to offer volunteer opportunities in the North Fulton communities and “pay it forward.”

Volunteers are needed for road side and creek cleanup, document shredding, yard cleanup for senior citizens, building raised garden beds and a Red Cross Blood Drive.

When: meet 8 a.m. May 9 at Panera Bread, 11715 Medlock Bridge Road

Where: activities take place at various locations in Johns Creek

SHOW SENIORS SOME LOVE

Neighbor Love is seeking help to brighten Mother’s Day for local seniors with gift bags. Volunteers are needed to assemble and deliver bags. The gift bags will include: skin lotion, socks, a Rose, a piece of fruit, a hand-made Mother’s Day Card, and a stuffed toy (exact contents of the gift bag are subject to change according to availability of merchandise

and the amount of donations received)

When: deadline to join is May 6; times vary
