Free pet adoptions continue
Free pet adoptions will continue through the Nov. 30 at DeKalb and Fulton shelters, and Lifeline Animal Project.
The promotion, “Give our Shelter Pets a Reason to be Thankful,” is similar to others the shelters have held since August to relieve overcrowding. Fulton County Animal Services Director Lara Hudsons said adoptions have increased significantly.
Adopted pets are microchipped, spayed or neutered, and receive all vaccine shots.
