Forsyth County officials will hold a community input meeting this week on the proposed Wildcat Creek Environmental Education Park.

The 28-acre property is one of several lake park sites the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has given Forsyth the opportunity to lease and develop. The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners voted Feb. 10 to move ahead with master planning for Wildcat Creek, which would be located at the end of Crystal Cove Trail near Lake Lanier in northeast Forsyth.

Area residents are invited to bring their development ideas to the meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Coal Mountain Community Building, 3560 Settingdown Road.
