Fire damages Milton historic home
One of Milton's oldest homes sustained heavy damage from fire early Tuesday.
Members of the Milton Fire Department were dispatched to the Seven Gables Farm on Hopewell Road at 3 a.m. The house is estimated to be 150 years old and sits near the corner of Hopewell and Cogburn roads.
Owners of the house, John and Gail Bogino, escaped the blaze, which officials believe started in the garage. The couple lost four pets in the blaze.
