A huge fire was under control Wednesday morning at a south DeKalb County recycling business.
Firefighters responding to a 5 a.m. call on Rogers Lake Road “arrived to find the entire structure fully involved,” DeKalb fire Assistant Chief Garret Smith told the AJC.
No injuries were reported, and the fire was brought under control by 6:30.
Smith said a hazmat team and foam truck were initially dispatched to the scene but were not needed.
He said the cause of the fire had not been determined. Investigators were looking into the possibility of arson because a fence was possibly cut prior to the arrival of the fire crews.
