Fire consumes DeKalb apartment building

Firefighters battled a large blaze at a DeKalb County apartment building Friday afternoon.
The fire at the Colony of Stone Mountain apartments, on Chatfield Drive, destroyed up to 20 units, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Antoinette Maddox, who has been staying with her mother since the water was turned off in the building, told Channel 2 that her family has lost everything.
Investigators are trying to determine what started the fire.
