Due to last week’s bad weather, the Fayetteville City Council has rescheduled its Jan. 18 meeting and will convene at 6 p.m. on Jan. 25 instead.
The agenda includes a proposal to amend the city’s alcohol ordinance to allow “limited pour” licenses to boutique businesses that want to offer small amounts of free alcohol at events. The council will also consider an annexation request of 24.5 acres off Sandy Creek Road next to Pinewood Atlanta Studios for sewer connection and possible future development.
