Roswell police have arrested a 14-year-old boy and are looking for a man accused in a Halloween night playground assault, police said Thursday.

Two 14-year-old girls, both students at Centennial High School, told police they were drugged and raped at the Martins Landing neighborhood park. The girls said they were at the park with three boys they knew only by their first names, according to the police report.

The students said they believed they blacked out after being given alcohol or drugs, and when they awoke, they were being raped, police said.

A 14-year-old boy, whose name is being withheld because of his age, was arrested and booked into a youth detention center, according to Roswell police. But a 21-year-old man, Robert Anthony Guillen, has eluded capture.

Guillen, who is homeless, is wanted for statutory rape, child molestation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and enticing a minor for indecent purposes, police said.

The alleged Halloween assault isn't Guillen's first interaction with law enforcement. Fulton County jail records show Guillen was released Oct. 28 following an Oct. 21 arrest on a shoplifting charge. In March, he spent 15 days in jail on shoplifting, drug and alcohol charges.

Guillen was also jailed in Nov. 2009 on theft charges and in August 2008, when he allegedly brought a weapon to school, jail records show.

Anyone with information regarding Guillen's whereabouts should contact Roswell police.
