Duluth Community Director Nick Colonna will ask the Duluth City Council for approval of the city’s newly formed Public Art Master Plan at the council’s next meeting, Monday at City Hall. The plan, developed by the Duluth Public Arts Commission, will discuss the importance of identifying things that connect a community and how the master plan can help accomplish long-term goals.

The city council has been asked to provide input by April 3 on the interactive plan. Once approved, the plan will be unveiled to the public May 10 at the close of Barefoot in the Park to kick off Art Week.
