Duluth’s Mayor Nancy Harris and city council members will hold a community chat 4 to 5 p.m. Dec. 3 in the City Hall lobby, 3167 Main St.

The opportunity to ask questions and learn about city projects coincides with the city’s “Deck the Hall,” formerly the Duluth Tree Lighting being held 3 to 6 p.m. featuring live entertainment, crafts for children, a polar express train ride, snow playground, Santa and more.
