The contract is awarded to TOA LLC of Norcross for $137,000 with two alternate plans included. Alternate No. 1 will salvage the granite block facade on the old City Hall Administration Building. Alternate No. 2 will deliver the demolished wall of the New Dawn Building to the Railroad Museum. A ten percent contingency of $13,702 was also approved for a total bid of $150,722.
