Driver killed in I-20 accident is identified
Authorities have identified the person who was ejected from a car and died in a single car accident on I-20 early Saturday.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner's office identified the victim as Linda Lagrone, 46, of Atlanta.
The accident occurred around 6:30 a.m. as the driver approached Hamilton E Holmes Drive while traveling east on I-20, according to Atlanta police spokesman Office John Chafee. He said the driver's Dodge Charger left the roadway and hit a barrier wall.
Chafee said said no one else was in the vehicle.
