NBA legend Dikembe Mutombo and his wife, Rose, will receive the "Raising Our Voices" Award from Refugee Family Services for their international community service work.
The Mutombos will receive the award during RFS's annual "Taste of the World Gala" this weekend.
The nonprofit helps refugee women and children achieve self-sufficiency through education and economic opportunities.
The event will include silent and live auctions, food and entertainment. Taste of the World will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Atlanta Zoo, Ford Pavilion.
