The State Board of Pardons and Paroles has scheduled a clemency hearing Monday morning for Andrew Grant DeYoung, who is to be put to death by lethal injection on July 20.

DeYoung was sentenced to death for killing his 41-year-old parents, Kathryn and Gary DeYoung, and his 14-year-old sister, Sarah, at the family's northeast Cobb County home in 1993. At the time of the stabbing deaths, DeYoung was a straight-A business major at Kennesaw State College.
