DeKalb County police are warning they will be extra vigilant in April and "engage in special enforcement measures."
In years past, the advent of spring has increased social activities, which affect traffic, safety and quality of life, police said. Therefore the department announced won't tolerate any criminal behavior-- and that includes soccer moms -- whether misdemeanor, felony, city ordinance or traffic.
Presumably police officers even could be ticketed.
