DeKalb hosting zoning code meeting

DeKalb County will host a community forum May 15 to discuss plans to update its zoning code.

The meeting will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Porter Sanford performing arts center, 3181 Rainbow Dr., near Decatur.

The code is designed to guide development in the county but has not been updated since 2007. A vote on the new code is expected later this year.
