DeKalb to host rec center opening

The DeKalb County parks department will host a grand opening for a new recreation center in the central part of the county next week.

The Exchange Park Rec Center, at 2771 Columbia Dr. near Decatur, will have its opening at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 25. The public is invited to the event to learn about the center’s offerings and other services from the recreation and parks department.
