DeKalb County’s Community Development Department will host a workshop in early September on how residents can help with economic development.
The workshop will show how residents can help create a vision for their area, possibly create a community improvement district and ultimately help create jobs.
The workshop runs from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 10 at the Clark Harrison Building, 330 W. Ponce de Leon Ave., Decatur.
