DeKalb high school teacher gets ‘distinguished' title

Christie Schmitt of Arabia Mountain High School was one of four teachers from across the country named a Distinguished Technology Educator by the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association. The title is a mark of distinction in technology and engineering, and recognizes technology educators who have shown a high level of competence in technology education.
