DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James will destroy more than 200 confiscated guns on Thursday.

All of the guns were used in armed robberies, kidnappings and other crimes in DeKalb, James said. All of the cases have been prosecuted.

“These 200 guns represent lives that are saved, safer streets in our communities and deadly weapons taken out of the hands of criminals,” James said Wednesday.
