DeKalb County to hold groundbreaking at Chapel Hill Park

DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 10 a.m. Dec. 8 for the new renovations at the Chapel Hill Park, 3984 Lehigh Blvd. in Decatur. The public is invited to join county officials and recreation staff at the groundbreaking ceremony to learn more about the renovations.
