DeKalb approves tuition fee for outside students

DeKalb school officials approved Monday an annual tuition fee of $3,546.67 for students who live outside the district but want to attend during the 2011 -- 2012 school year. The fee was calculated using a state-provided formula, according to district officials. The fee is $550.42 less than the $4,097.09 charged for the 2010 -- 2011 school year.
