The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture has announced application deadlines for the upcoming year. Contracts for services funding cycle will range from $1,000 to $50,000 for Fulton County based artists, arts, cultural and community based non-profit organizations and artist collectives.
With a deadline of Oct. 18, applications must be completed and submitted through the WebGrants System.
Several technical assistance workshops have already been conducted free of charge. There is one more in-person and online workshop available. Advanced registration is required.
First time applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one workshop.
A webinar is set for 10 to 11 a.m. Oct. 8.
An in-person session is set for 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 at the city of College Park Public Safety Building, 3737 College Street, College Park.
Among program changes, first-time applicants are no longer capped at a $5,000 maximum request amount. Applicants are allowed to request the maximum amount they are eligible to request based upon the organization’s budget size in the project support funds category. Small Arts Projects Support Funds applicants can request up to a maximum of $5,000.
Partner organizations receiving funding sources from Fulton County outside of the Contracts for Services process may be subject to a decreased funding award in the Contracts for Services process as recommend by the Fulton County Arts Council.
