Cumming killed in trailer fire identified

A Cumming man killed in a Friday fire was identified as Marcus Junior Sams, according to the Forsyth County Fire Department.

Sams, 64, was killed in a mobile home park fire on Sawnee Drive around 8:20 a.m. A fire department spokesman said Saturday the cause appeared to be accidental, and not suspicious, although the incident was still under investigation.
