This is a roundup of recent crimes of note in Cobb County. It is based on arrest warrants, police reports and jail records. At this point, these are allegations by law enforcement.

Abuse-ment park

A Norcross man is accused of punching someone at Six Flags White Water.

The victim confronted the man at the Runaway River ride on July 15 because of a “flash pass violation,” according to a police warrant.

flash pass can be purchased to skip lines.

The officer wrote that the man left the person he punched with a concussion.

The suspect is not listed in Cobb jail records as having been arrested as of July 30. He faces a charge of battery.

A Marietta man is accused of touching himself outside the Division of Family and Children Services office.

Cops wrote in a warrant that the man “did lay in a hedgerow near an employee entrance” of the DFCS office on July 20.

One of the DFCS employees took a picture of him from the parking lot.

As of July 30, he remained in Cobb jail on a $3,000 bond, records showed, for his charge of public indecency.

A Brookhaven man allegedly tried to get into SunTrust Park without a ticket for the Jason Aldean concert July 21.

He cursed at Cobb cops and tried to run past ticket attendants three times, according to a warrant. After the third attempt, he was arrested.

While a sergeant was taking him to the police precinct in SunTrust Park, the man tried to headbutt the cop.

He bonded out of Cobb jail about 12 hours later for $7,920, records show, on his charged that include disorderly conduct and trespassing.

Speaking of Chipper at the Braves stadium...

An Alpharetta man is accused of drunkenly headbutting a cop so hard he chipped the officer’s tooth at that Jason Aldean concert in SunTrust Park.

The show was delayed due to thunder in the area, but the man refused to leave.

“I’m not leaving. You can’t make me leave,” he told the cop, according to a warrant.

The guy’s friends held him back as he cursed at the officer and threatened to fight him.

So the cop handcuffed the man and tried to take him to the stadium police precinct. While doing so, the man quickly reared his head back, so the officer put him to the ground. In that process, the man’s forehead hit the cop’s tooth, chipping it.

The man bonded out for $11,220 about five hours later on his charges that include disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Pilfered Patron post posits person poorly

A man is accused of stealing a bottle of Patron tequila from a Marietta liquor store and then posting a photo posing with it on Facebook, according to a July 16 warrant.

Cobb police said the crime happened on April 8 at the Sherlock’s liquor store on Roswell Road.

The man is not listed in Cobb jail records as having been arrested as of July 30. He faces a charge of shoplifting.

Cops said he went into the store with another man and stole it together. The second man was not mentioned as a co-defendant in the warrant.

Walmart whizzer

An Austell man is accused of driving drunk with a 5-year-old child in the back and causing a scene at a Walmart.

The man is accused of urinating in a food aisle at the Walmart on the East-West Connector on July 15, according to a warrant.

Police wrote that he also shoplifted $49.79 of goods: a case of Corona Extra, a case of Bud Light, two boxes of chicken rice, two bags of potato chips and potatoes.

The man admitted to being drunk, smelled like alcohol and was swaying back and forth when talking to cops, according to a warrant.

He remained in Cobb jail without bond on July 30, records showed, on his charges that include endangering a child by driving drunk and shoplifting.
