Update (1 p.m.): The crash has been cleared from Ga. 316 and westbound lanes have reopened.

Original story: Ga. 316 westbound lanes have been shut down near Harbins Road in Gwinnett County after a crash involving multiple trucks and cars.

A milk truck is overturned, with milk spilled on the highway in Dacula. The driver was carrying 48,000 gallons of milk, he told the AJC. A box truck overturned and other vehicles were damaged, according to Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services.

Five vehicles were involved in the crash, including two tractor trailers, according to Capt. Tommy Rutledge of Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services. Seven people were hurt in the accident and two have been transported to the hospital, but none are facing life-threatening injuries.

Traffic is being diverted from Ga. 316 westbound onto Drowning Creek Road.
