Cobb names community awards recipients

Feb 27, 2012The Cobb Community Relations Council has named its four recipients of the annual Creating Community Awards.
The groups have fostered community cooperation and created solutions to connect diverse communities. The winners are: the Special Needs Development Group, Foundation Masonic Lodge, Piedmont Church and Alpha Kappa Alpha/The PEARL Foundation.
The winners will receive their awards March 15 at the council’s awards dinner at Piedmont Church.
