Cobb County projects begin in June

Two Cobb County road projects are scheduled to start in June.
They include:
- Pair Road at Milford Chase/Cobb Department of Transportation Sidewalk Project: Sidewalk will be constructed to fill in existing gaps on Pair Road from Milford Chase to 1436 Pair Road. The total length is about 0.16 mile. This project is scheduled to begin June 1 and end around Aug. 2.
- Lower Roswell Road over Sope Creek: The existing bridge on Lower Roswell Road over Sope Creek will be rehabilitated. Repairs will include resealing the bridge joints, replacement of drainage structures, patching the existing concrete, leveling/stabilization of the approach slab and installation of polymer overlay. This project is scheduled to begin June 3 and be completed by July 31.
