As Snellville moves ahead with their 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update, the city has planned two upcoming events to allow the entire community to become involved. The project team will be set up between 1 and 3 p.m. July 7 at Presidential Marketplace, 1905 Scenic Highway. Residents are invited to ask questions, talk about Snellville’s future, and discuss projects necessary to get there.
The team moves later that day from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. to Briscoe Park, off Lenora Church Road, to continue the conversation about Snellville’s future, surveying park-goers on their preferences for the city’s future growth.
Snellville’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan will create a 5-year work strategy for implementing the community’s vision as it relates to land use, transportation housing, economic development, and quality of life issues.
