Chattahoochee Hills considers alcohol license, revamped laws

The Chattahoochee Hills City Council will hold a public hearing 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Chattahoochee Hills City Hall, 6505 Rico Road to consider an alcohol license and two ordinances amending city charters.

The applicant, MD Dalwar Hossain, applied for an alcohol beverage license for off-premise sales at the Thrift Food Mart at 3939 Cascade Palmetto Highway. The two ordinance amendments are about revising the city charter and the zoning ordinance for accessory dwelling unit regulations.
