Charity group schedules golf tournament

North Fulton Community Charities will host its 3rd annual “Swing into Action with NFCC” Golf Tournament July 25 at The Standard Club.

NFCC provides emergency assistance to area families in need of basic needs. It sees an average of 100 families per day and provides nine tons of food a week. In 2010, NFCC assisted over 5,000 families and provided $1.1 million in financial assistance.
