Chamblee recently named a former private sector worker as its city clerk after having been without one since March.

Emmie Niethammer comes to the city from the Peachtree Benefit Group, where she was a human resources manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Georgia State University. She will earn $72,000 in the role.
