Chamblee considers master plan amendment

The Chamblee Architectural Review Board will consider two rezoning requests during the meeting at noon Tuesday at Chamblee City Hall, 5468 Peachtree Road. One item considered is an amendment to the master signage plan for 5193 Peachtree Boulevard. The amendments were submitted by the property owner and approved by the city in September.

Another consideration is a modified plan application for property at 5211 Peachtree Boulevard. The property is located within the Chamblee transit oriented district meant for mixed use development.
