Construction will begin soon on Howell Street in Duluth. D.R. Horton will be responsible for these road improvements, including a roundabout at Howell Street and Monarch Avenue. A section of the road will be closed to through traffic during the construction phase, including the entrance to Howell Street from Ga. 120/Duluth Highway.
The road closure began the week of Oct. 14 and is expected to remain closed through the month. Drivers needing access to Howell Street will be able to enter and exit from Ga. 23/Buford Highway.
