Edgewood Avenue in Atlanta reopened about 5 p.m. after an earlier vehicle fire forced officials to close the road in both directions.

The fire was reported about 4:30 p.m. Thursday when an RV crashed and caught fire, Atlanta fire spokesman Cortez Stafford told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The driver had minor injuries and had not been taken to a hospital, Stafford said.
