Mitchell L. Mclean of Marietta made the State University of New York at Canton's president's list.

Amber Cerminaro of Alpharetta, Benjamin Heller and Mary Braden Murphy of Atlanta, Sarah Wile of Duluth and Durrell Smoot of Ellenwood were named to Champlain College's dean's list.

Peter Sposato of Bishop, Carter Kontour of Lawrenceville and Claire Bradford of Watkinsville earned the opportunity to compete in the 2017 Drive, Chip & Putt Championship at Augusta National in April.

Chaney Vanwieren of Cumming, Melanie Giunta of Fayetteville, Jared Farlow of Grantville and Justen Mitchell of Hiram were named to Northwest Mississippi Community College's president's list.

Richard Shearman of Acworth was named to Roane State Community College's dean's list.

Alexander Evonsion of Alpharetta, Daniel Colville and Erin Sowell of Atlanta and Nicholas Fraboni of Carrollton were named to Lehigh University's dean's list.

Joseph Owen and Travis Townsend of Canton, Keith Stephens of Clayton County, Tommy Easley of Lawrenceville and Obike Ibeka of Powder Springs were named to Bismarck State College's president's honor roll.

Charles Hall of Fayetteville, Matthew Bartolomei of Hiram, Jared Turnage of Marietta and Grayson Cooper of Suwanee were part of the Citadel's Regimental Band and Pipes and Color Guard that participated in the 2017 Presidential Inaugural parade.

Eric Josiah Ward of Atlanta was named to Lurleen B. Wallace Community College's dean's list.

Helen Cauley of Acworth received the 2016 Beacon Society Award from Georgia State University.

Alan Holcomb, Matt Kramer, Shane O'Neill, Kate Spinelli and Josh Wood of Atlanta were promoted to Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn and Dial's partnership.
