A Rockdale County magistrate on Monday ordered the three men charged with last week’s fatal shooting of a customer during a robbery at a Conyers video game store to be held without bond.

Judge Clarence Horne held separate hearings in a small Rockdale County Jail courtroom Monday morning for Markus Isiah Seymore, 17, Tron Lamar Hill, 25, and Giovannte Maddox, 27. Each is charged with murder, malice murder, armed robbery and kidnapping, and appeared before the judge in shackles and wearing orange jail jumpsuits.

Hill and Seymore were also charged with felony possession of a firearm during a robbery. According to warrants read in court, Hill was armed with a 9mm handgun, and Seymore with a revolver when the trio allegedly robbed the GameStop store on Dogwood Drive late Thursday morning.

Adrian Tyrone Snow, 40, of Stone Mountain, was shot twice when he interrupted the robbery and resisted the robbers’ efforts to tie him up. He died after being airlifted to Grady Memorial Hospital.

According to the warrants read during Monday’s hearing, Seymore fired the shots that killed Snow.

Maddox was accused in the warrants of casing the store, then serving as a lookout during the robbery.
