Atlanta City Councilman Kwanza Hall and the Black Vintage Movie Series Inc. announced the inaugural Black Vintage Movie Series on Saturday, June 16, at the Balzer Theater at Herren's, 84 Luckie Street in downtown Atlanta. The one-day event will include a 2:30 p.m. screenings of the 1959 film "Imitation of Life," followed by a lecture at 5 p.m. by a lecture by author and film expert Donald Bogle.
