A man accused of a DeKalb County shotgun killing was arrested late Monday night in Atlanta.

Alandis Jackson, 21, was charged with felony murder for the shooting death earlier this month of Steven Lewis, authorities said.

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office fugitive squad arrested Jackson in the 1300 block of Almont Drive in Atlanta, authorities said.

According to sheriff’s deputies, Jackson shot Lewis in the neck with a 12-gauge shotgun on Jan. 11 at the Paradise East apartments on Bouldercrest Road. Jackson is being held without bond in DeKalb County Jail.
