Alpharetta police investigate burglary

March 7, 2011Alpharetta Police are investigating a burglary attempt that occurred Saturday at the Benchmark Soundworks store.
The alarm was activated at 12:40 a.m. at the store at 197 Roswell Street. When officers arrived, they noticed the front glass door was shattered.
The would-be intruders were nowhere to be found. Nothing was reported stolen from the store, however the suspects cut the power to the building and took the Georgia Power meter box.
Police collected a phone inside the building that is believed to belong to the suspects.
